started ding that torso thing over on cgtalk. cheers for sharing pere!!

The first one looks a bit wierd. I think the torso is too large isn't it?

The second one looks like the front torso is in the side view and the back is in 3/4.

Anyway nice drawings mate!

i just did some overlays to check what you said.

i was quite pleased at how accurate i have been with these two.

the width on the torso in the first is a little wide towards the waist as i seem to have let the back shoulder (and back) come down a little.

the second one is virtually spot on. the bit of torso in front of the arm is slightly wide though.

i would recomend overlaying the original once you are done: i hadn't spotted either mistake before!

The neck zone looks a bit long IMO.
